Fill out your application and return it to 425 Kansas Union (in the Student Involvement and Leadership Center). Please also remember to sign up for an interview time when you turn in your application.

Note: A $50 deposit is required with all applications. The remainder of the program fee will be due the first day of class. Participants not selected will have their deposit refunded.
