“Scott Toland is a sophomore journalism major from Iola, Kansas. In his spare time, Scott enjoys running, playing tennis and basketball, and writing. Scott recently worked as a staff member at the 2007 Scripps National Spelling Bee and is involved with many organizations on campus, including Lambda Sigma Honor Society, the University Daily Kansan, and Jaywalk.”

Article IV, Section I. Duties of the Publications Chair:

4.I.1

To chair the Publications Committee.

To publish at least two newsletters per semester with the help of the committee.

To publish, with the help of the President, a summer newsletter.
