Faith Forum: A Liberating Take on Christianity

Fall Semester Theme: "Beyond Theology"

Thursdays, 6-8pm

Come on Thursdays for a meal and dialogue on a progressive, alternative understanding of the Christian faith and spirituality in today's world.

"People know that at its core, Christianity has something good to offer the human race. At the same time, many have a sense that they are alone in being a "thinking" Christian and that "salvaging" Christianity is a hopeless task. What is needed is a safe environment where people have permission to ask the questions they've always wanted to ask but have been afraid to voice for fear of being thought a heretic." - Living the Questions

In the fall semester the Faith Forum: "Beyond Theology" will have dialogue on a diversity of topics, a light meal and a time for community building. The 6-8pm time will often include a short video presentation. Coordinators are Reanna Putnam, reannap@ku.edu and Lauren Tullis, It--88@ku.edu.
