Serenading
At the beginning of each year, all the new GP residents ("newmen") get to star front and center in GP's annual serenading of all 6 women's schol halls.

Schol Hall Olympics
At the start of each year, during Hawk Week, all 12 schol halls compete in various events. Three years running, GP has brought home the gold medal. Just a handful of the many events from this past fall's Schol Hall Olympics were 3-on-3 basketball, a campus wide scavenger hunt, an UNO tournament, and a dessert baking contest.

Cereal Night
Every Thursday the residents of GP invite other scholarship hall residents to share a bowl of cereal and celebrate the end of the week.

Turkey Bowl
Each fall, around Thanksgiving, the oldmen and the newmen battle in the annual Turkey Bowl football game. Bragging rights for the rest of the year go to the winners.

Coffeehouse
GP hosts a coffeehouse event every semester where talent from all over campus comes to our living room to perform. Music, poetry, skits, and comedy are just some examples of what's instore for this laid back event.

Valentine's Formal
Each Valentine's Day weekend, the men of GP transform the hall into a _____ where they bring their valentines to dine, dance, and have a good time.

Dinner With Douthart

Most Friday nights, GP eats dinner with our sister hall, Douthart. Douthart is the hall next door that is a mirror image of GP except it smells like flowers instead of socks.

Each room in GP is home to 4 residents. These four roommates share a common room and two sleeping rooms. People usually put one desk in each sleeping room and the other two stay in the common room. Each floor shares a common bathroom.

If you have any questions about anything whatsoever, fill out the form below and click submit. Your question will be e-mailed to a resident of the hall who will e-mail you their response.

Living Room

The living room is a nice, quiet place to study filled with comfortable chairs and couches. In addition to hall meetings, we use this room for events such as the Valentine's day formal and Coffeehouse.

Rec Room

The rec room, or downstairs is home to a big screen TV, a ping pong table, a few couches, and -most of the time - several GP residents.
