Patent Law Interview Program -
Loyola University School of Law
Every year the Loyola University School of Law hosts a patent law job fair that attracts employers representing almost
every part of the United States. Registration packets generally go out to the career placement offices in mid-February
and are then distributed out to interested law students. After paying a $35 registration fee, students have 2 weeks to apply to up
to 35 different employers. At the end of week 2, bidding stops and the employers review the submitted resumes and choose the candidates
they will interview in early August. Contact
Todd Rogers in Career Services about this opportunity
in February to make sure you get registered.
AIPLA Job Fair -
American Intellectual Property Law Association
Of AIPLA’s more than 16,000 members, more than 1,500 are student members, more than 2,300 are junior members, and we now have more
than 300 new Patent Agent-Junior members. Many of our student members are interested in summer internships, while graduating
students and junior members are searching for full-time employment. The Job Fair offers an excellent opportunity to bring together
those who have positions available and those who are seeking employment, to conduct interviews and recruit employees.
To participate in the Job Fair as an applicant, you must be a Student, Junior, Patent Agent-Junior member of AIPLA in good standing.
Government Members who would otherwise qualify as Junior Members are also eligible. Participants should be certain that AIPLA has your
most current address and contact information when they send out information in the first week in September. If you are not a member of
AIPLA, are eligible for membership, and would like to participate in the Job Fair,
