Sunday lessons:

Beginning Ballroom Dance Lessons will be from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. on Sundays in either the Kansas Union Ballroom or the Kansas Room [Map] (Same buidling, different floors). Sunday dance lessons will focus on beginning social dancers. We will then have a period of social dancing to practice our newly acquired moves or just to have fun. The class on Sundays will begin a different dance every one or two weeks.

These lessons will primarily be taught either by professional Mallee Morris or by student teachers.

Tuesday Lessons

Tuesday lessons are on break due to space availability until October 2nd. Ballroom Dance Lessons will be from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. at Jazzercise [Map]. Tuesday lessons will be geared toward social dancers who want extra experience with the dance being taught (from the lessons on Sunday). As with the Sunday lessons, dances will be rotated, each being taught for 2 weeks. These lessons are taught by professionals Christie and Steve Curtis.

Friday Salsa lessons

Due to the increasing popularity of the latin dances, such as Salsa and Merengue, we have dedicated a day a week for Latin Club Dancing. This will be Friday evenings from 7-9pm at Hashinger Hall at KU, Lawrence KS [Map]. Parking at Hashinger Hall Lot (only) is free after 5pm on Fridays.
