Only at Pearson

I am going into my last semester here at KU - and for all four years I've lived in Pearson and loved it. Pearson is a place where you can head down to the kitchen for a midnight snack and always find someone to chat with if you want to avoid homework. You can count on the support of the gentlemen you live with - they will read your papers, study for math with you, quiz you before your Ancient Chinese Art midterm. These are the guys that you cook dinner with, that clean your hallways and bathrooms, that play video games with you and invite you to watch a movie and share some popcorn. This is the place where you learn the traditions - dinners with Sellards, our sister hall; yelling a Happy Lupi Day on Thursday nights; not shaving during Finals Week; game nights in the living room with the fabled Couch Games; serving midnight breakfast and homegrown tunes to lovely ladies. I'm getting long winded, but I can't tell you enough good things about Pearson - it's the reason I stayed at KU after a rocky first semester and this place is my home. Check out our website and if you have any questions, drop me an e-mail at jbshaw@ku.edu.
