Location
Sellards is located at 1443 Alumni Place, and can be accessed through campus by walking down 81 stairs behind Fraser Hall. Conversely, campus can be accessed by climbing up those same 81 stairs.
The Building
Sellards houses 47 female undergraduates in 11 4-person suites and one 3-person, handicap-accessible, 1st-floor suite. There is 1 bathroom available to residents on each of 3 floors, as well as 1 public restroom in the lobby on the first floor and 1 in the basement. There is 1 kitchen, 1 pantry, (3+.5+.5)=4 freezers, (4+.5+.5)=5 refrigerators, and ∞ kinds of cereal that are all available 24/7 to residents.
Co$t
It costs $3,100 to live at Sellards and $1,770 to eat at Sellards or $3,224 and $1,810 for those on the 2-year, fixed-rate contract.
