Personnel
Kitchen shifts are assigned by the Food-Board manager, while all other shifts are assigned by the Proctor. Both are undergraduate Sellards residents employed by the Department of Student Housing. In addition, the Proctor and Food-Board Manager work with the Scholarship Hall Director to order food and cleaning supplies, handle maintenance issues, and generally oversee the health and well-being of the hall. Currently, there is one graduate student SHD for every two scholarship halls. Sellards' SHD holds in office in Sellards while living in Miller Scholarship Hall.
Exec Board
Sellards also has an elected executive board that governs the house. It is comprised of 13 residents. The Vice President, Secretary / Care Bear Chair, Recycling Chair, ASHC Representative, Fittness Chair, Community Service Chair, two Social Chairs, and two Advisory Board Members are elected each semester. The President, Treasurer, and Academic Resource Center Chair are yearly positions.
