Stouffer Place Apartments provide affordable housing to student families in a supportive, community environment. They are located on the university campus just southwest of Allen Field House. The complex consists of 25 two-story brick buildings on a terraced hillside. There are up to 12 apartments in each building. Stouffer Place Apartments offer one-bedroom, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Two- and three-bedroom apartments are limited to students with children. Each apartment has a full-sized refrigerator and a gas or electric stove. All apartments have tile floors. Residents may install window air-conditioners and carpet at their own expense. Cable service is available by contacting NTS and paying an additional fee. A 24-hour laundry area is located in Building #1. Off-street parking lots are available for personal vehicles and, when school is in session, the campus bus stops at Stouffer Place. There are also scattered playgrounds for children throughout the neighborhood. Priority is given to students with children.
