Executive Meeting Minutes

following executive members were present: Neal Anson, Shannon Banes,
Miguel Ramirez and Sara Wunder
I. TriBeta Honor Cords
A. Cost

$5 per person

At the next general meeting (Feb 25) we will have a sign up sheet for ordering

A. Cost: $10 per person

1. Possibly at Alpha Delta Pi
sorority house (lunch or dinner time)

a) Each executive member will
be required to bring a dish
b) There will be a sign up
sheet at the April 29th Meeting for regular members to sign up.
C. Newly
elected exec members (March meeting) and old exec board will meet the weekend
after elections to discuss planning for initiation.

if we could have the TriBeta honor cords handed out during the ceremony

see if we could use that time to recognize Dr. James Orr as our honorary
member.
