| Recruitment
In the fall of 2008, Tri Delta at the University of Kansas had an extraordinary recruitment! The University of Kansas Recruitment is five days of events where the prospective new members become acquainted with the sorority women. Tri Delta concentrates on recruiting well rounded young women that will be able to uphold Tri Delta’s unique and rich traditions. The goals for this upcoming recruitment are to recruit girls who will cherish Tri Delta and contribute to each aspect of Tri Delta including, academics, philanthropy, recruitment, risk management and public relations. As Tri Deltas, we wish to show the prospective new members the strong bonds of sisterhood and friendship that Tri Delta gives each of its members. The women that are a part of Tri Delta agree that it is the best experience of their lives. KU Tri Deltas are a diverse group of women who are intelligent, creative and hard working. The women of Tri Delta truly are sisters by chance and friends by choice! |

"As New Member Educator, I am responsible for planning Bid day and welcoming our new members to Theta Omega Chapter of Delta Delta Delta Sorority. Prior to initiation, I meet with the new members weekly to help them prepare to be official Deltas! My assistants and I offer guidance & information in many areas besides Tri Delta, such as acclimating to college life, academics, and campus involvement. We also plan events for the New Members, some of which include a retreat and a 6 month initiation anniversary party. The new members are the future of Tri Delta and every effort is taken to ensure their experience at Theta Omega is both positive and memorable!" ...............................-New Member Educator Check out more information about Kansas Recruitment at http://www.ku.edu/~greek/w_recruitmentfaq.html ![]() Jessica Cason, Pledge Class of 2007: “My favorite part about recruitment week is getting to spend time together with your sisters, working towards one goal, and getting awesome new members!" ![]() Krista Sanchez, Pledge Class of 2006: “I really enjoy work week before recruitment because everyone has a chance to get to know one another and our house becomes closer!" |
